Yes. Our controllers are universal and compatible with all major gate and garage door brands (such as Nice, Came, Hörmann, etc.). They connect to the standard “Start/Open” inputs of your existing automation drive.
It depends on the model, but most TRIKDIS controllers support up to 997 unique users. You can grant access via the Protegus 2 app, by a simple phone call (CID recognition), or via SMS, making it ideal for both private homes and large residential communities.
Basic gate control features via the Protegus 2 app are typically available without a subscription. For advanced logging or administrative features, please check your specific service plan or local provider terms.
Since our controllers use GSM/4G/LTE technology, they remain independent of your home Wi-Fi. As long as there is cellular coverage, you can open your gates. Additionally, you can always use traditional remote controls as a backup.
Yes. By connecting a magnetic door contact (sensor) to the controller’s input, the Protegus 2 app will show you exactly whether the gates are currently open or closed, and send you a notification if they were left open.
