Properties

433 MHz, 868 Mhz, Expander, Receiver

The RF-LORA is a professional wireless receiver that acts as the master gateway for the LoRa (Long Range) ecosystem within the FLEXI SP3 control panel. Designed for maximum reliability, it enables secure, supervised, and bidirectional communication with up to 8 expansion modules over distances up to 1000 meters. It is the essential infrastructure component for securing expansive commercial, industrial, and remote sites.

System Master Hub

The central link for your wireless network. A single RF-LORA receiver can manage and supervise up to 8 independent LoRa modules (iO-LoRa, iO-8-LoRa, or PB-LoRa) simultaneously.

Superior 1000 m Coverage

Harnesses advanced LoRa modulation to achieve rock-solid signal stability up to 1000m. Engineered to penetrate dense building materials and resist common radio frequency interference.

Secure RS485 Bus Link

Connects directly to the control panel via a 4-wire RS485 data bus. This ensures high-speed data exchange and full transparency, making wireless zones behave like integrated wired inputs.

Precision Tuning & Diagnostics

Equipped with on-board DIP switches for frequency and modulation speed adjustments, and a dedicated USB port for firmware updates. Monitor real-time link quality (LQI) for professional site verification.

Detailed System Capabilities

  • Advanced bidirectional 2-way communication on 433 MHz or 868 MHz bands.

  • Continuous supervision of all connected modules with instant trouble alerts for link loss.

  • Encrypted AES-128 data transmission for military-grade protection against signal tampering.

  • Selectable radio frequency (RF1/RF2) and modulation types (Fast/Slow) via “SW” DIP switches.

  • Seamless integration with FLEXI SP3 security panels.

  • Connects using standard 4-wire bus (+DC, -DC, A RS485, B RS485).

  • Master control over a hybrid system: combine wired zones with up to 8 LoRa expanders.

  • Standard SMA connector for external antennas to optimize signal reception in difficult locations.

  • DATA/TROUBLE LED: Real-time feedback on RS485 communication and module linking status.

  • POWER LED: Visual health check for supply voltage.

  • Integrated USB Mini-B port for easy on-site firmware management.

  • “DJ1” button to instantly trigger learning mode for new LoRa modules.

  • Full visibility of signal strength (0-10 scale) for every connected module via TrikdisConfig.

  • Detailed LQI (Link Quality Indicator) metrics for high-accuracy antenna positioning.

  • Remote configuration and supervision through the Protegus cloud service.

  • Compact PCB design (62 x 82 mm) fits easily into standard security enclosures.
